The Carbondale Main Street Pig Out

Thanks to everyone who joined us in 2009, and throughout the past 13 years!

BBQ Contest

Although this event has been replaced with many of our smaller events, over the past 13 years, some of the best BBQ teams in our region competed in four ares; chicken, pork roast (shoulder, butt), pork ribs (loin or spare), and beef brisket.  The Pig Out drew teams from all over the midwest and we enjoyed some very tasty "cue"!

Thanks to all who participated!

Kid's activities included pony rides, inflatable games and much more!  The whole family had fun at Pig Outs of the past!

The Nightlife Fit Out 5K, a place to work out before you Pig Out, will return next year to Evergreen Park.  Enter and receive a glow-in-the-dark t-shirt, race food and a free pass to the Pig Out main campus! Stay tuned for information about 2010's race
